Hello guys welcome to our blog Health Education. If you want to start your day with a healthy breakfast, but don't have the time or the mood to spend an hour making it, then this article written for you. We'll be learning 6 delicious breakfast recipes.
1. Fruit custard
Our first recipe is fruit custard for this, you can take 4-5 of your favourite fruits. My personal favourite is a combination of 4 fruits chikoo, apple, mango and grapes. In case you don't have these fruits, no problem. You can simply take a combination of any 4-5 fruits Just keep in mind that you should have fruits of different variety some sweet, some crunchy, and some soft. Cut them all into small pieces. If you'll cut them into big pieces, it won't taste that great. In total, you need 2 cups of chopped fruits. Transfer them into a bowl then take a blender and add 1.5 cup coconut milk then add 4 tbsps powdered jaggery a pinch of rock salt. Blend it for a while and then pour it over your fruits. Keep this mixture in the fridge for at least 30 mins. You can serve it after half an hour. We will take 1/4 cup chopped pistachios, 1/4 cup chopped raisins, and some pomegranate for some extra crunch You can add these 3 things to your custard. In case you don't have any of them, you can use any other nuts for toppings instead This recipe can serve 2-3 people. Do make your family and friends.
2. Banana shake
Our super easy banana shake, which only takes 4 ingredients to make this recipe serves 2 people. Take a mixer and add 1.5 cup coconut milk, 3 chopped bananas, 6 dates with their seeds removed, and finally, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder. Now just blend it. Our banana date shake is ready often when I have to go somewhere in the morning, I simply pack it in a bottle and take it with me.
3. Cereal lovers
Our next recipe is for all our cereal lovers our fruit and nut bowl it is packed with many different nuts and seeds. To prepare this, soak 1/2 cup almonds, 1/4 cup peanuts, and 1/4 cup raisins in water. Next morning, take out the 1/4 cup almonds and place them on a chopping board along with this, place your peanuts and raisins on it. Chop all 3 of them like this then transfer them to a bowl and add 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds 1 tbsp flax seeds, 4 dates with their seeds removed, and 2 tbsps jaggery powder for toppings, you can take any 3 fruits available with you. We're using 1 apple, 10 grapes, and 1/4 cup papaya. We have chopped them into small pieces like this. And finally, we'll add 1/2 cup almond milk. To prepare this, you can use your remaining soaked almonds Add them to a blender with 1/2 cup water and mix it properly. You don't need to strain almond milk for this recipe. Mix it directly with your nuts And now our fruit and nut bowl is ready. The crunch of nuts, the juiciness of fruits and the sweetness of raisins. We have observed that when you eat it after placing it in the fridge for 30 mins, it tastes even better. All the flavours will blend together well this recipe can serve 1-2 people. We had used apple, grapes, and papaya for this. But you can use any fruit combination you wish to make.
4. Satvic mango shake
Our next recipe is my personal favourite Satvic mango shake. Use any seasonal mango that you can get, the sweeter, the better add 2 chopped mangoes to your blender and 1/2 cup almond milk by chance if your mango is not sweet, you can add 2-3 dates if you want too. Now just blend it together. This recipe can serve 1 person.
5. Cacao-cinnamon
When we don't have a blender in the kitchen or when everyone is sleeping at home in the morning. This is our no-blend smoothie bowl. One day the power in our home went out and we were really craving a smoothie bowl then we thought why not make a recipe that is just as delicious, but doesn't need a blender to prepare this recipe can serve 1 person. We'll take 2 bananas, cut them and place them in a bowl. Now we'll add a new flavour to it. By adding 2 flavours that don't touch your tummy, but directly touch your heart cinnamon and cacao. We're using cacao powder, which is a purer and healthier version of chocolate. Other cocoa powders usually go through a lot of processing and are often mixed with refined sugar with cacao, you don't have to worry about any adulteration you can easily find it on Amazon and 1 packet will easily last for 4-5 months. So with bananas, add 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder and 1 tsp cacao powder then add 1 tbsp powdered jaggery 4 dates with their seeds removed, and then 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk. If you want, you can add 2 extra toppings to it as well 1 tbsp peanut butter and 3-4 dried rose petals. If you don't have these 2 things, don't worry. It will still taste great even without them Now our cacao-cinnamon no-blend smoothie bowl is ready. You can sense a new flavour in every bite the sweetness of bananas and jaggery in one bite, and the soft chewy texture of dates in another bite the crunch of bananas and peanut butter in one bite, and the mild flavour of chocolate and rose petals in another bite.
6. Chia pudding
Our final and super special recipe which is chia pudding. Add 1 cup coconut milk to a blender, 1.5 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/2 banana that is well-ripened, with spots like this not raw bananas like these and finally, a pinch of salt. Blend it properly then take a bowl and add 2 tbsp chia seeds. They look like this In case you don't have chia seeds, you can use basil seeds too. Then pour this mixture into a bowl and keep it in the fridge for at least 6 hours, or leave it overnight. During this time, the chia seeds will swell up and 6 hours later, you'll get this thick mixture. Out of the 6 recipes, this is the only one that takes a little time because you need to soak this pudding for a longer time. Now add 1 cup of your favourite fruits to this mixture. We're using banana, mango, grapes and apple, you can use any fruits that you like. Chop these fruits into tiny pieces like this and mix them properly. Now our delicious chia pudding is ready. You can decorate it as your wish. It's perfect for breakfast as it is, but you can also serve it to your guests as a dessert. I often pack it in a box and take it with me when I leave in the morning. So this completes all our recipes. Remember, we have only used almond and coconut milk, nuts and seeds for all these recipes.
